LBFV Wafer style Lined Butterfly Valves feature “the most effective technology” available for controlling and isolating corrosive, high-purity & abrasive process media. ISO 5211 mounting flange provides direct mounted actuation on 2” to 24” sizes. One piece spherically machined disc/stem is encapsulated (min 3 mm) with interlocked PFA rated for full vacuum and thermal cycling eliminates permeation and possible delamination. Split body available in A395 Ductile Iron or 316 SS; disc/stem available in multiple materials (check with factory) with pneumatic or electric actuation options.
