H.M. Tool/Boom Cleaner. Moisture Eater II contains no water anddissolves water in its presence. In fact, it removes twice as muchwater as the original Moisture Eater. Without undue worry about wastingthe chemical, you can take the time necessary to thoroughlyclean tools. This is because the unique formula of Moisture Eater IIgives it a much lower evaporation rate than the original formula and other hot-line tool cleaners. Expect drying times from 10 to 20minutes. The new formula consists of two solvents: One for oils, waxes and silicone-type contamination, one for moisturecontamination. This combination is ideally suited for cleaning hotlinetools. A by-product of citrus fruit, one component is biodegradable. Andthe other component protects it from decomposing until used.Plus, the reformulation eliminates chlorinated solvents harmful to theEarth?s ozone layer.
