Controls on the Chance All-Angle Cog Wrench permit operator efficiencyin locating the wrench on energized hardware. The hand-grip steadies thetool and holds the cog housing in place while the pole is rotated,turning the the cogs to engage the wrench on the nut or bolt. The angleof the wrench head in relation to the handle is adjustable within arange of 140 degrees. Wing nuts on either side of the head tighten tohold the head in a friction-locked position during use. This ChanceEpoxiglas Hot Line Tool is 11/2" in diameter with a 3/8" diameterfiberglass control rod. The hand-grip is aluminum alloy, the cog housingis bronze alloy and the gears are hardened steel.
