The 100% solids adhesive creates very thin bond lines (0.001" to 0.003" or 0.03 mm to 0.08 mm) on wood and is ideal for creating strong bonds with little to no clamping or fixturing. Designed with very low viscosity, it should be dispensed with our 3M Scotch-Weld Polyurethane PUR Easy 250 Applicator. The adhesive can be kept at optimum temperature using the 3M Scotch-Weld Polyurethane Easy 250 Preheater for easy swap-out. It features a 4 minute open time for joining parts together followed by 120 secs to handling strength to allow for subsequent processing.
