3M™ Dynamar™ Rubber Curative RC 5251Q is a sodium carbonate cure activator used as part of a system. This cure system is used in veneer fuel and filler hose constructions.3M Dynamar Rubber Curatives are capable of bonding directly to incorporated cure 3M Dyneon Fluoroelastomers and 3M Dyneon THV Fluorothermoplastics without the use of an external bonding agent. The recommended concentration is 8-12 PHR. It can be added at any point during the mixing cycle, however best results are usually obtained when incorporated early in the mix preferably to the gum directly after polymer breakdown.
